checkbox-gtk software package provides GTK interface for checkbox, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install checkbox-gtk
checkbox-gtk is installed in your system.
Make ensure the checkbox-gtk package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep checkbox-gtk *
You will get with checkbox-gtk package name, version, architecture and description in a table
